I was extremely excited to get the chance to try this backpack. It is extremely light weight, actually lighter than I was expecting it to be. Matter of fact it is light enough that my 6 yr old daughter could carry the pack without it getting to heavy for her. It has a extremely large pouch for carrying items. I could easily use it to carry what I would need for a day out at the park, zoo, or just going on a nature walk with my 2 children. It has a pocket for carrying a water bottle as well as a zippered pocket for storing things such as keys or phone that need to be easily accessible without the possibility of losing them. I love that the straps are adjustable, makes it easier for different family members to be able to use it. The drawstring on the pouch keeps the items safely enclosed inside as well as making them easily accessible. The bag is thin enough for it to be folded and easily stored when not in use. It seems to be well made and durable. I wouldn't suggest trying to carry a whole lot of stuff in the backpack as the shoulder straps are not padded, as well as I don't think it is made for carrying a lot of weight. Hence why it is a light-weight backpack. Carrying too much in the backpack could possibly cause problems and ruin not only the bag but what your carrying as well. Definitely will be using this on many more of my family trips.
