This is a wonderful sewing kit. The zippered pouch it comes in is durable and makes it great for using when traveling or keeping it in your vehicle for emergencies. I really liked the scissors that come in this kit. They are stainless steel and very well made. I am use to most kits having the small flimsy scissors, where these are most definitely not flimsy and will last a while. The thread is of a nice strength and I just love the variety of colors that this kit comes with. This would be great for yourself or to purchase as a gift for someone traveling, going away to college, or even for girl scouts.
