This Arnica Cream is different than any other I have tried. I get headaches due to tension a good bit and usually have a hard time finding something that helps to relieve it. I have been using this pain relief cream for the past few days as I feel a headache coming on. It helps to relieve the headache, tension in shoulders, and has thus far prevented it from getting worse within just a few minutes of applying it. I have also not noticed the cream having a warming/cooling sensation either, it just seems to provide the relief. It doesn't feel greasy or oily once it has been applied to the skin either. The best part is, it surprisingly, doesn't have that horrible smell to it like other creams you can get have. So you can use it without any worries of anyone being able to tell that you are wearing it. They also have a free Stretching Guide that you can download. It has a lot of great stretches in the guide.
