I have always wanted to try one of these. I opened it as soon as I
received it and used it immediately to charge my phone. It charged it
flawlessly within 15-20 minutes. Afterwards I had to plug this into the
wall so I could recharge it, but my phone was almost dead, and there was 1 LED light still lit up. It took
around 1 1/2 - 2 hours to recharge my new power bank. After charging I did notice that the wall charger portion of this
portable charger was a little warm to the touch, so I would make sure it
had plenty of breathing room around it. I also would recommend
unplugging it as soon as you see it is fully charged so as to not
overheat anything. Otherwise I am very impressed by this portable
charger and will enjoy having it with me while on the go.

ReplyDeleteAs we all acquire more and more devices that charge via USB cables, wall chargers such as this iDsonix one become truly valuable. This particular wall charger has the advantage of having not just one but two 2 amp ports for power-hungry devices such as the iPad. The other two ports, both 1A, are great to charge less demanding devices such as phones and e-readers while the higher amperage ports are in use. All ports are 5V.
