As you can see these capsules are white in color. I decided to take a pic of the capsule next to an earphone bud to give you an idea of what size they are. They seem to go down pretty easy for me without any trouble as well as they haven't been leaving an aftertaste.

I am really excited that I got the chance to try the Schwartz Bioresearch Probiotics. Since there is no refrigeration required, which I love by the way, I leave mine on the table where I can easily remember to take them. Unfortunately I have occasional stomach issues that i have to deal with, sometimes on a daily basis, and probiotics have been known to help me in the past. These seem to be working really great for me. I have been taking them like the bottle says 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. Since I have been taking them I don't seem to have as many problems with my stomach as I was having before. Sorry if you feel like the next part is TMI but sometimes you just have to say it. They are helping me to stay regular and I can tell that they are restoring the "natural balance" of things, as I'm not running to the bathroom as much. Which in turn makes a more productive day for me. Which I feel I can contribute to the 20 billion CFU that I am now taking daily and will continue to take.
